Astellarise – Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Method

All orders from Astellarise are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class within the United Kingdom unless otherwise specified. This is a reliable, standard service suitable for our handmade products.


2. Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Time

Royal Mail 2nd Class typically takes 2–3 working days to arrive after dispatch. Please note that these times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to postal service issues, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. There are no hidden fees.


5. Risk and Title

Once an order has been dispatched via Royal Mail, the risk passes to the customer, though we recommend retaining proof of postage and delivery confirmations. Title to the goods remains with Astellarise until payment has been fully received.


6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We may expand internationally in the future, at which point international shipping costs and times will be clearly communicated.


7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

While we take care to package all items securely, Astellarise is not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by Royal Mail. For faulty items, our Refund Policy applies.
